Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 감사성향과 팀내 친밀감 및 조직웰빙과의 관계를 확인하고자 시도되었다.
방법: 본 연구는 서술적 조사 연구이다. 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에 근무하는 간호사 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다.
연구결과: 감사성향은 팀내 친밀감 (r=.53, p<.001) 및 조직웰빙 (r=.59, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 감사성향과 팀내 친밀감은 조직웰빙의 영향요인으로 확인되었다.
결론: 본연구의 결과를 통해 조직웰빙의 증진을 위해서는 감사성향과 팀내 친밀감을 향상이 필요하다. 더 나아가 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 감사성향과 팀내 친밀감 증진 프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 것을 제안한다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between gratitude disposition, organizational intimacy,and organizational well-being among nurses on comprehensive nursing service units.
Methods: This study was adescriptive correlation study. Participants were 150 nurses working in comprehensive nursing service units. Datawere analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program.
Results: Gratitude disposition correlated positively with organizationalintimacy (r=.53, p<.001) and organizational well-being (r=.59, p<.001). Gratitude disposition and organizational intimacywere factors affecting organizational well-being.
Conclusion: The results of this study suggest organizationalwell-being can be increased by enhancing gratitude disposition and organizational intimacy. Further study is neededto develop and test for application, a gratitude and organizational intimacy promotion program for nurses on comprehensivenursing service units.
