¹æ¹ý: º» ¿¬±¸´Â ¼¼úÀû Á¶»ç ¿¬±¸ÀÌ´Ù. °£È£¡¤°£º´ÅëÇÕ¼ºñ½º º´µ¿¿¡ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â °£È£»ç 150¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS 21.0 ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À¸·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
¿¬±¸°á°ú: °¨»ç¼ºÇâÀº ÆÀ³» Ä£¹Ð°¨ (r=.53, p<.001) ¹× Á¶Á÷À£ºù (r=.59, p<.001)°ú À¯ÀÇÇÑ ¾çÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. °¨»ç¼ºÇâ°ú ÆÀ³» Ä£¹Ð°¨Àº Á¶Á÷À£ºùÀÇ ¿µÇâ¿äÀÎÀ¸·Î È®ÀεǾú´Ù.
°á·Ð: º»¿¬±¸ÀÇ °á°ú¸¦ ÅëÇØ Á¶Á÷À£ºùÀÇ ÁõÁøÀ» À§Çؼ´Â °¨»ç¼ºÇâ°ú ÆÀ³» Ä£¹Ð°¨À» Çâ»óÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù. ´õ ³ª¾Æ°¡ °£È£¡¤°£º´ÅëÇÕ¼ºñ½º º´µ¿ °£È£»çÀÇ °¨»ç¼ºÇâ°ú ÆÀ³» Ä£¹Ð°¨ ÁõÁø ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ßÇÏ¿© Àû¿ëÇÒ °ÍÀ» Á¦¾ÈÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between gratitude disposition, organizational intimacy,and organizational well-being among nurses on comprehensive nursing service units.
Methods: This study was adescriptive correlation study. Participants were 150 nurses working in comprehensive nursing service units. Datawere analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program.
Results: Gratitude disposition correlated positively with organizationalintimacy (r=.53, p<.001) and organizational well-being (r=.59, p<.001). Gratitude disposition and organizational intimacywere factors affecting organizational well-being.
Conclusion: The results of this study suggest organizationalwell-being can be increased by enhancing gratitude disposition and organizational intimacy. Further study is neededto develop and test for application, a gratitude and organizational intimacy promotion program for nurses on comprehensivenursing service units.
